INSTALLATIONWe follow recommended procedures to properly install your software to a shared network directory and to each workstation that will be running the program.
BASIC SETUP AND CONFIGURATIONTo get you up and running, we will set up users and staff for proper program access. We can also set up, or consult with you in setting up, user and program defaults to what we believe are the optimal settings.
DATA CONVERSIONWhen moving to a new practice management, time billing or accounting system, you may have existing data in another program that you’d like to bring into the new system. Whatever the source of your data, if it can be exported in the industry standard ASCII delimited format, we can generally help you import it into your new database. This can save you and your staff hours and perhaps even days of time re-keying your data, and can help you seamlessly transition from one program to another.
Most of the software we sell and support can be installed and used right out of the box. But because every professional practice is different, there is no "one size fits all" solution. We can help you tailor your new software to your particular needs.
LINK CONFIGURATIONTo expand its core functionality, each program has “links” that enable it to integrate with other software packages. We can help you set up and configure any of these links.
