Training is the key ingredient of any software implementation. For each of our core applications we offer a variety of training options tailored to the needs of your practice.
WHY INVEST IN TRAINING?Purchasers of time billing, accounting and practice management software generally do so with the hope of increasing productivity and efficiency. But if the investment stops with the software purchase, the sought-after benefits are unlikely to be realized to their fullest. You will have a powerful program but without the knowledge of how to use it. While many users can learn a program on their own by reading manuals or through trial and error, most simply will not take the time to do this. And even for those users who teach themselves the programs, different staff members may perform the same tasks differently with disparate results, thus leading to inconsistent data entry. In short, to maximize the investment in your software purchase, proper training is critical. It is a short term investment that will result in long term benefits for your practice.
GROUP TRAINING WITH OUR PORTABLE TRAINING LABFor all of our supported software, we offer on-site classroom training utilizing our Portable Training Lab, comprised of five laptop computers and an LCD projector. We set up the Training Lab in your conference room on the morning of the training session. All you and your staff need to do is show up for the training! Our basic training curriculum is designed to cover the areas that users will need to begin working with the basic functionality of the software. We can also provide classroom training for more advanced subjects if requested.
ONE-ON-ONE OR SMALL GROUP TRAINING We also offer one-on-one or small group training sessions at the workstations of individual staff members. This is often a very effective training approach for billing and accounting, since, in most cases, a firm's billing and accounting operations are handled by one or more key staff members. We train those staff members in their own environment on their own data. Administrator training for all applications is also generally most effective when provided in this fashion.
